Product & System Education (PASE) Meeting:
To bring together a small group (10+people) of IBO’s weekly to train and motivate people in the product area of Naswiz and the educational system of Team Ambition.
The goal is to let a leader “lead their people” as soon as possible determined by their upline Emerald / Diamond counselor.
This meeting is ideally held in the leader’s home in a comfortable setting.
Start of the Meeting
Host will set everyone at ease and start the meeting by welcoming new people and explaining purpose of the meeting. Cell Phones and beepers should be turned off or in vibrate mode. No children should be present.
System Education
“What” is the Team Ambition and “Why” we have a system. Explain the importance of the “tools of the trade” – Downloads / CD’s, Books, and Functions.
Getting Started
This is time for the new people to learn to focus on “what to do next”.
1. – Quick review of the Four Basics (List Building / Contacting / STP / Getting Started)
2. – How to order and change buying habits.
3. – Setting up their first home meeting
4. – Attending the next event: team meeting / seminar / major weekend, etc.
Close of the Meeting
Host will ask new people to introduce themselves – name, profession, and sponsor. Host will invite 2-3 IBO’s to share their excitement from the past week (i.e. Products, books, tapes, new people). Host will close out the session by again promoting upcoming events and recognizing.
